Our 2017 specialty gift box includes three dozen New Mexico biscochitos. The first dozen is a truly authentic melt in your mouth traditional biscochito that has been perfected over generations. Grandma Maggie had just the right amount of anise, brandy, and of course the main traditional ingredient, lard. Celina has also included a couple new twists on the time honored treat with the second dozen Hatch Red Chile Infused Biscochito and last but not least are the Original Green Chile Pecan Biscochito, which is famous for it's Hatch Green Chile and locally grown pecans.
