Our maple bacon biscochito is deliciously sweet and savory. We candy the bacon is a sweet blend of maple syrup, nutmeg, and of course cinnamon. It is then blended into our perfect traditional biscochito dough. This is a special treat for any bacon and biscochito lover.
I originally purchased these as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law while attending the Fiery Foods Festival in February. They both loved them so much, I had to surprise them with another gift package. My sister said she started eating them one evening and had to force herself to stop.
