These one dozen blue corn pinon biscochitos are to die for. We source the blue corn locally from Santa Ana Pueblo and it is roasted and finely ground to perfection. The roasted pinon also gives the biscochitos a little more of that taste of New Mexico in every bite. This is definitely one of our customer favorites. If you are a fan of our traditonal biscochito you will absolutely love this one.
