My wife and I were born and raised in Santa Fe, NM and have had Biscochito's the way they are supposed to be made. When I passed a booth where there were samples I was sceptical because I had not had a biscochito ( the real deal ) in a very long time. Well it took about three more steps and a trip to the ATM and I was back. Now, this Christmas, my wife and I still can't believe how good these Traditional Biscochito's are.
